Third Charm
Usually it's said that the 'third one's a charm' but last night my third visit to the Italian restaurant of Trattoria on West 4th avenue was rather disappointing....
When Yeshey and I got there, Virginie and Aaron were already waiting for us by getting comfortable with a bottle of South African white wine, which i couldn't finish even 1/3 of the glass. Wine is not my forte as you can tell~
Then, we ordered the 'Anti Pasto' appetizers we always eat which had Egg Plant, Artichoke, Kobe Beef Balls, Mashed Potatoes, Patty, Salad, Mozzarella Stromboli, Crispy Calamari, Tiger Prawns and a few more i didn't know names to...
Then when the main course came, I ordered Spaghetti Fanciulla which had chicken, chick peas, eggplant peperoncino, garlic, olive oil. The waitress actually recommended it so therefore considering her knowledge of the food there i tried it. It turned out to be one of the most bland spaghetti's I've had this entire year not including the over cooked one i ate at Cafe Klein in Bhutan which was worse~ :( barely had 3 spoon fulls before i decided i'd indulge in dessert as they have great choice.
Not really a huge fan of fried banana's, i decided to try the classic Tiramisu... I was in a 'sweet' mood so was really looking forward to a great yummy dessert. Finally, when it came on my first bite itself i was disappointed. Either they took it out of the fridge before it was completed or they kept it out a bit longer than they normally should which made it watery and soggy...
So over all apart from the satisfactory food, the bill was a high $50 each and it was all worth it because of the awesome company of Virgine, Yeshey and Aaron.

Word for the Day
Dopamine:
a neurotransmitter that helps control the brain's reward and pleasure centers. Dopamine also helps regulate movement and emotional responses, and it enables us not only to see rewards, but to take action to move toward them. Dopamine deficiency results in Parkinson's Disease, and people with low dopamine activity may be more prone to addiction. The presence of a certain kind of dopamine receptor is also associated with sensation seeking.

My Transit Tour to Seoul, korea
Usually i love travelling by myself but today i feel rather lonley and i miss everyone back home esp. Shedrup alot :'( Just looking at pictures and listening to music makes the situation even worse... Not fun at all and somehow it sucks to be going back even if its just for 3 months... This time the travel is more depressing and i cant help but be sad, but ive been controlling my emotions and being strong just because of the fact that i am alone and i have to take care of myself....
Well landed in Korea from Bangkok and here are some of the random pictures: (unedited)
